Our purpose

At SPC , we exist for one reason: to help organizations protect their people, safeguard their operations, and build true resilience. Whether it’s a small business, a busy resort, a construction site, or a manufacturing facility, every organization deserves clear, practical plans that prepare them for emergencies, incidents, and disruptions.

Our story

After more than 23 years in public safety, emergency management, and accreditation, our founder, Steve Fessler, saw a consistent challenge across industries: most organizations genuinely want to be prepared, but they rarely have the time, expertise, or support to develop effective emergency and continuity plans.

Too often, businesses rely on outdated documents, incomplete templates, or procedures that don’t reflect the realities of their people, facilities, or operations. Steve recognized a need for a practical, client-centered approach, one that transforms preparedness from a “check-the-box” task into a strategic advantage.

Driven by this mission, he launched this company to bridge that gap and deliver customized, actionable planning solutions that empower organizations before, during, and after an incident.
